Shenton Quarter
Scope:

The developer and builder parted ways mid-build. An eastern states builder brought Boss in to finish it. We took on site supervision, controlled demolition, ceiling and wall fixing, external soffit linings, cladding, timber flooring and cabinetry supply and install, and stayed on for the final finishes. We’ve remained on site since handover for maintenance and defect liability works.
INCONTRO
Scope:
Carpentry Supply & Install, External Cladding, Feature Timber, Second-Fix Carpentry
41 prefabricated timber frame homes delivered in 14 months, during the most resource-constrained period WA construction has seen. Our crews held telehandler licences and self-managed the unloading, staging and installation of every panel, which took that coordination off the site team completely.
Hyde Hotel
Scope:
Ceiling & Wall Supply & Install, Fire Door Systems, Second-Fix Carpentry
A fire door enquiry became a $4 million combined carpentry and ceiling contract. The 121-room heritage hotel needed around 150 non-compliant door frames cut out of concrete walls and replaced with fire-rated installations, alongside feature ceiling works across lobby areas on every level. Tight access in an occupied heritage building, coordinated with other trades throughout.
