During 2022 and 2023, when construction resources across WA were at their most stretched, we delivered 41 prefabricated timber frame homes in Jolimont within 14 months. Our crews held telehandler licences and self-managed the unloading, staging and installation of all prefabricated panels, taking that coordination off the site team entirely.
We also completed all second-fix works, supplied and installed feature timber balustrades, handrails, external seating and pergolas, and managed all external cladding across the full development.
