What started as a fire door enquiry turned into a $4 million combined carpentry and ceiling contract. The heritage-era 121-room hotel required approximately 150 non-compliant door frames to be cut out of concrete walls and replaced with fire-rated installations, alongside feature ceiling works across lobby areas on every level.
Working within an existing building with tight site access, our crews coordinated closely with other trades throughout the refurbishment to keep the program moving.
