When a package is awarded to Boss, we take full responsibility for it. Our crews coordinate directly with other trades on site, resolve issues as they arise and keep their scope moving without needing to be managed. We do not wait to be chased.
That approach extends beyond the project itself. When challenges come up, we work through them. When the job is done, we follow through on any outstanding items and make sure the work is finished to the standard it should be.

A trade package is only as good as the people delivering it. Most of our crew have been with us for 10 years or more, progressing from apprentices into leading hands and supervisors. That tenure means consistency, and it shows on every site we are on.

When the developer and builder parted ways mid-build on a Shenton Park development, an eastern states-based builder called upon Boss Group to step in and assist in completing the project. Taking full ownership of a massive, multi-faceted scope, we provided everything from site supervision to final finishes.
Our delivered scope included controlled demolition, ceiling and wall fixing, external soffit linings, wall cladding, second-fix carpentry, timber flooring, and the supply and installation of cabinetry throughout. Additionally, our teams handled timber linings, mastic work, concrete grinding, general labouring, and site supervision to keep the program moving. Since handover, we have remained on-site for the developer, managing ongoing maintenance and the defect liability period works.

West to West engaged Boss Group WA on a full supply and install basis across their multi-residential development, spanning 87 apartments, 11 townhouses, and a premium penthouse fit-out.
Our team delivered the scope across the entire development, including the procurement and installation of fire doors, internal doors, cavity sliders, timber handrails, skirtings, and hardware.
As our first project with West to West, we were thrilled with the calibre of the West to West staff and the all-round co-ordination onsite. We look forward to a long working relationship with them.
