WHAT’S INVOLVED

We manage the full scope of fire door works from procurement of compliant door sets through to on-site installation, covering both new construction and heritage or retrofit installations.

Works are carried out to the required fire rating specifications for each location within the building, including:

• Fire-rated door frames and door stops
• Fire-rated door sets and leaves
• Intumescent seals and smoke seals
• Door closers and hardware installation
• Signage and vision panels where required
• Retrofit installations where existing frames must be removed and replaced

WHO WE WORK WITH

We work with commercial builders across warehouses, industrial estates, apartment developments, aged care facilities and commercial fit-outs throughout Western Australia.

Every fire door system must meet the required fire rating specification for its location within the building. We work to those specifications across the full development, coordinating installation within the broader construction program.
